1. Digital Products (No Refunds)

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Unlike physical goods, digital items (PDF files, downloads) cannot be “returned” once they have been accessed, downloaded, or sent to your email.
  • By purchasing a digital pattern from 82loops, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download process has started.

2. Technical Issues

While we do not offer refunds, we are 100% committed to your success with our patterns.

  • If you experience any technical difficulties downloading or opening your file, please contact us at iskrenkoserhii@gmail.com.
  • If a file is found to be corrupted or contains an error, we will provide a replacement file at no additional cost.

3. Accidental Double Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same pattern twice in two separate transactions, please contact us within 7 days with your order details. In this specific case, we may issue a refund for the duplicate purchase at our discretion.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will NOT be issued for the following reasons:

  • “I thought I was buying a finished physical item (e.g., a blanket), not a pattern.” (All product descriptions clearly state they are digital patterns).
  • “The pattern is too difficult for my skill level.”
  • “I changed my mind after downloading the file.”
